Daniele Passerini was reported to have said that negotiations between National Instruments and Andrea Rossi started since April. National Instruments is a reputable company that manufactures specialized components of high-tech machineries. It is said that this company will build the control equipment for Andrea Rossi E-Cat Motor. With this new development comes a new issue that critics will take advantage of to bring down Andrea Rossi. That cannot be helped because we do not know the details of the agreement between the two parties. At this point, we have to be cautious in making assumptions.
While some people might think that this is just one of those rumors that will die down eventually due to lack of credence. This could also be an indication that production of E-Cat Motor is really underway; and that Rossi truly has a handful of committed customers who must have paid initially in advance. When there is smoke, there is fire, so to speak. Unless all those cunning businessmen and brilliant scientists are all so stupid that they were mass-swindled by this mad inventor named Andrea Rossi.
It doesn’t make sense to continually insist that E-Cat Motor is a scam because of all the things that Rossi subjected himself into just to push forward with his invention. If E-Cat motor doesn’t work, why did Rossi sell his house to finance his project? Why would he trouble himself inviting scientists from different institutions just to be ridiculed at? If there is no promise of return for all his hard labor, why would he order for components for his machine – which obviously cost so much money? It is not even possible, after all the publicity he is getting now, to just con rich people for money and run away because there is no place to go. The only logical assumption left is that Rossi has got something real.
