Released communications between Herb Gillis and Italian Inventor/Entrepreneur revealed that revealed that Rossi finally entered the last stage to make E-Cat Motors available to the public. In one reply Rossi reveals the following,:” November 28th, 2011 at 6:48 PM
Dear Herb Gills:
Today we sold in the USA a 1 MW plant which will go to a normal Customer. This installation will be visitable by the qualified public.
We wait to have completed the contractual procedure through the attorneys, then we will give communication. “
Looking back, people who have been following the developments of the E-Cat Motor would have not thought this possible after all the bad press of the E-Cat patent being given under false circumstances, and the accusation of the tests and E-Cat Motor demonstrations being biased.
It was just shortly before this commercial deal reveal that Rossi was seemed to be cornered by fellow researchers and scientists to surrender to their requests. The Vice President of the International Society of Condensed matter Nuclear Science Francesco Celani proposed to Rossi to arrange a set up for a new series of tests for this E-Cat Motor. Celani claimed that the understanding of Rossi’s technology through peer evaluation would only raise his Insertion’s credibility.
Rossi flat out refused to give and suggested Celani to competing motives and added,: “I do not want to give other demonstrations of the operation of the ‘ E-Cat . At this point does not make sense: the industrial production is already underway, we are entering the market, and our customers will pay for a machine that works.”
Rossi proved himself be a cautious business aside from being an Inventor.
