It has been made clear by Andrea Rossi that he wants to give the world a source of cheap and clean energy through his break through E-Cat Motor. He also hopes that by building manufacturing factories for his E-Cat, he will create many jobs. As it turns out, at least for the time being, Andrea Rossi chose a very constricting business model that will most likely prolong the realization of his goals.
Although he conducted several public and semi-public demonstrations for the E-Cat, he has not revealed the fundamental details of the reactor core. For this reason, the E-Cat Motor lacks the independent validation which could improve the credibility of his invention. But Andrea Rossi is standing firm on his decision to keep the secret of the reactor core. As a matter of fact, he is very careful in selecting his customers to maintain the secrecy of the E-Cat Motor.
All these secrecy are adding up to people’s doubt about the credibility of the inventor and the invention. Recently, Andrea Rossi received a public proposal from Charlie Sutherland of Sutherland Products, Inc. in Mayodan, NC, USA. Sutherland Products, Inc. is a manufacturer of environment-friendly or Green detergents. The company boasts of using only Green Technology in their manufacturing process and they rely on customers who are conscious and concerned about the environment. In his letter posted on the Journal of Nuclear Physics, Charlie Sutherland told Andrea Rossi:
“I have a manufacturing plant and warehouse to heat. Not only would your E-Cat devices save me money, but the advertising value of using your technology would greatly increase our sales and spread information about your company to many parts of the world.”
In closing, Charlie Sutherland hopes that his company can afford to participate in the development of this technology. Sutherland could be the first public E-Cat Motor customer, if ever. Hopefully, Andrea Rossi will accept the offer.
